What We Collect

When you upload a CSV file for analysis, BillCrux processes the following fields: Ticket ID, Tags, Status, Created/Solved/Updated dates, CSAT score, Intent, and Subject line. No other data is read.

How We Process Your Data

• In-memory only. Your CSV is parsed in server memory. It is never written to disk, a database, or any persistent storage.
• Immediate discard. After the audit report is generated and returned to your browser, the data is discarded. There is no retention period because there is no retention.
• No credentials. BillCrux never requests or stores your Zendesk login, API token, or OAuth credentials.
• No third-party AI. All analysis runs on our own infrastructure. Your data is never sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other third-party AI service.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics (PostHog) to understand how visitors use the site. This tracks page views, button clicks, and upload events. It does not track the contents of uploaded files. You can opt out by enabling Do Not Track in your browser.

Email

If you optionally provide your email address, we use it solely to send you a copy of your report. We do not sell email addresses or use them for marketing without explicit consent.

Cookies

BillCrux uses minimal cookies for analytics and session management. No advertising cookies are used.

GDPR

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Since we do not persist uploaded CSV data, deletion requests for analysis data are moot. For analytics data, contact us at [email protected].
